Has anyone here had any starter issues on 71 blazers? Mine grinds even after installing a new starter. Tried shimming and it works for a day or two and then grinds again. Could it be a heat issue...

Thanks war00, The old starter had no shims at all. It started to grind a bit so I shimmed it with one shim It worked for a while and then started giving me problems again.
