I go off pavement quite a bit actually. I usually air down to 20 psi with my Pathfinder At's.
Last weekend we drove the entire length of Longbeach (Washington) without airing down.

You should expect to be fineon the Forest Service roads and general two trackers.Deep sand and mud create a plowing effect that you may not have the rear traction to deal with. Steep hills and trails...

Thanks, guys. You can get them as AWD and then steal a 2spd T case from some unsuspecting Blazer or S10! Ha. There's a few of us out there. They tell me I should be able to get as much as 22...yeah,...

I carry both. For assisted recovery I would definately use the strap. For self recovery, I use a chain and a come-along (hand winch) as I don't have a (power) winch. Even most power winches I see...

Not really rock crawlin, just an easy 4x4 trail in Washington state.(I just thought this thread could use some more pics:D) Still had to be careful, there were some tite spots. Couldn't have done it...
