Return vs returnless MFI

I bought a used MFI from a 2005 4.3 vortec. It has a damper instead of a fuel pressure regulator, the return line has a plug in it. I have a 96 S10 blazer. Is there a way to make mine returnless?

Ok, awesome! I really would rather buy a used one than an aftermarket. Should I replace the regulator? Or do those last 300,000 too?

MFI spider life.

I'm looking to buy a used MFI spider assembly for my 96 S10 blazer. It was pulled off a 2003 Silverado with a 4.3 vortec with 150,000 miles. To my knowledge GM switched to MFI after 2002. If that's...
