I replaced the big three and was still having the issue, the mechanic said it is the low idle causing the voltage spike not the voltage spike causing the low idle, so I am not sure what it is now.

well...I want to do all the mods on the list, and I wanted to get a manifold anyway so I don't have to take apart what I have until it is ready so that is not a big deal to have to swap the intake...
