that was my first guess as well. judging from what I've read these are prone to failure? I've never smelled anything like this. its almost the rotten egg smell like a clogged cat but so much more...

i understand what you are saying. and they have been talking about bringing back inspections, but it doesnt look like thats going to happen, so from the legal aspect im not concerned as of right now....
