could have gottin a bad battery or the cables could be bad to. might need to replace them all. i`d do a ohms test on the cable to check the restance, check the battery on a load tester.

harmonic balancer should be on (0). make sure u are on compression stroke or u will be a 180 out. which if u r then it will back fire.

u all need to check the trans fuse first in the fuse box. if there is no voltage on white wire side then ur ingtion switch is bad. check for votage first.

on my truck a vacum line runs under the battery tray to pull it in four wheel drive. so make sure the line is hooked up rite

its the electrial part of the key switch. not the key its self and not the cylinder either. make sure u buy a new gm ac delco part. the after market stuff only works for a lil while.
