turn key on = 58 psi started and running = 54...

turn key on = 58 psi
started and running = 54 psi
turn key off and i lose pressure fast, approx 20 psi in 5 minutes, but right now it is starting, going to wait till it wont start to test pressure...

98 chevy blazer problems PLEASE HELP any help would be appreciated

ok heres the deal, it turns over wont start, the pump is running when this happens. it shuts off of me at times like when i come up to a stop light or in drive thru, sometimes it starts back fine...
