Mid range power

i was wondering if someone could give me a suggestion on how i could get better mid range power. i have a 89 s-blazer it has a 92 4.3 tbi in it its does 0-40 in under 5 seconds but 0-60 over 9 how...

i had a similar issue< check the coil and distributor. i replaced the coil and spark plugs and wires and its better than ever in my 4.3. but yah like said earlier it could be a fuel problem too

does anyone know how much of a difference edelbrocks part #3714 cam and lifters for the 4.3 makes? im gonna put one in my truck and also can u put vortec heads on a tbi motor, if so what does it all...

Timing for 1989 blazer

now i know my blazers timing and idle are electronically controlled but is there any way to adjust it? its got heads, cai, and exhaust it almost sounds like it has an aftermarket cam
