RE: Leaking Remote Oil Lines

I've heard of this problem several times before, but what exactly is it? My Blazer has 60K on it and no oil leaks but I do monitor it closely because I've heard of people having this problem quite a...

RE: oil brands

Nope not preaching at all. I just prefer 3K mile oil changes. I might, and I say MIGHT, try a 4-5K mile oil change but NEVER over that. I just wouldn't trust the oil past that. Just my .02 worth and...

RE: oil brands

I never stated it as FACT. I stated I wasn't willing to "gamble" with a motor so for me changing oil at 3K or 3 months is the way to go. I don't know if you know but awhile back VW was having...

RE: oil brands

Anyone can show you what they want with an "analysis", I don't believe it. BS

RE: JBA Headers

SO besides the headers do I need anything else to make these work? I noticed it said something about "spark plug boots" being modified or elongated or something.

RE: oil brands

Mobil 1 FTW....I spend as much on an oil change doing it myself as someone who goes to Jiffy Lube and pays and gets a lower quality oil. Extended drain...DON'T BUY IT...I call BS.

I still and...

It might be easier to leave the rope thing on, however compressing the shock into place is not that hard.

RE: Bilstein Shock Absorbers

What's better than Bilstein? I have the ZQ8 sport pack and IMHO they are the best. These are used on Trans Am, Z28, Corvette etc.

Thank you sundevil for that article and the link!!

Well you can't buy just the controls...they only come with the steering wheel so you'd have to replace it.
