Fishing line and goo gone. You need to use the fishing line to get in between the paint and the molding. Get a "see-saw" type motion going to achieve this.

There is no guarantee on anything, but it SHOULD still work, the rear wiper that is. It will come within a quarter or half an inch of a piece of the tire carrier, but mine still functions the same.
