What I had the most problem (mental that is) with was the burnt wires at the harnes that connects to the pump itself.

Got the opportunity to change the fuel pump on my 1993 Blazer this weekend. Not bad except that I had to do it twice because the part store gave me a pump for a TBI, not for a CPI, like i asked for....

I would appreciate the help. From what I could tell the nut was still there.

I got into this Blazer really cheap but the more i work on it the more problems i find.

I crawled under my Blazer (1993) to check on the torsion bar mounts and found that one of the adjustment bolts was missing. No wonder the drivers side is lower than the passenger side.

The rotor under the distributor cap was melted to the point of being deformed, changed that $3. Replaced the Ignition...
