Transmission problem?

Ok so heres my problem: My truck trembles violently whenever i give it a little gas in revearse, it also takes about 3 seconds to shift into revearse from park or neutral, it shifts great in drive...

Squeeking sound while driving

There is a slight squeaking sound while i drive, not continuous...more like a squeak...squeak...squeak. and the faster i go, the faster it does it...when i ease into the breaks, the noise...

ok, i got it on a lift at my cousin's shop today and the front left axle is bad so i know i need that, also the u joint in the back, but i did grease the u joint and the shaking in revearse still...
