Another option is the semi-float 14 bolt. It was put under some extended cab 1/2 tons and other trucks and is 6 lug. Should bolt in and is a very strong axle for being semi-float.

Most likely a hose or the mixer itself. I you are running the Impco 425 they have wear parts that cannot be serviced and replacement is the only option.

Hydroboost brakes require a second line coming from the pump to the booster, maybe that is the diaphragm question. The correct pump will have two high pressure lines coming out of it.
