Do you hear the motor atleast trying to turn on? If so, then its not the motor it woudl be the regulator...If you dont hear anything at all...its the motor...also check fuses just in case

2 things....could be either your switch itself not noticing to switch levels and you need a new switch...or its your cable that adjuststs from hot to cold...it might be called the temp door or blend...

You need to take it all to someone who knows what they doin lol...People that get into car audio this massive blow lots of things in there car/truck. It needs to be stabilized and probably 0 gauge...
