Good point, the front mounts on my Zr2 are the same height so i could drill higher on both brackets. after looking at the 4 door pix that wouldn't work.

Yeah you are going to wear out your front end. Nothing to do with the lift but the bigger tires you will inevitably put on, at least with something like a 6 inch. I would stick with the 2 inch bds...
