need to know how i can get this car to go into loop mode to adjust the timing i was told remove the vacuum line to the distributor but asking for more advice before adjusting i have the timing gun...

Question 1983 to 1988 looking for lower fan shroud ! help!!!!!

not alot of junk yard carry these shrouds got everything else but the lower shroud. If any one has one kicking around new or used in real need of it since my truck needs to be on the road again soon...

1983 v6 2.8 liter 161,246 engine was just rebuilt wont stay idles right and shuts off while taking corner the truck has just started doing this out of no where. any help and idea's would be great....

well notice when i bought the truck had an oil leak from the back got worse in do time well ripping it apart and found clumps of dirt-crude oil burnt i scraped and cleaned and vacuumed up the crap...

most common on these is the tbi dont ever change out the iac or tps it will cause issues always use acdelco parts learned from experience and also if u got more then 150 on the engine time for valve...

if u get power while turning the key your solenoid is grounding out. I have had this happen on my 98 jimmy and my 88 s10 very known. How old is the starter? Also check your grounds it may also help...
