You can also get shackle lift at Autozone for like 20to and crank the tbar but have to warn you that will be more expensive in the long run cause the angle that the tbar crank putsthe hub assembly...

It was a vacuum leak the hose was ran to nothing likea vent tube who ever ran it when they replaced it cause the actuator looks new and hooked the vacuum up and 4wd
