My motor would hesitate an run like it needed more gas Once in a while. At first I thought it was a clogged fuel filter. So I replaced it and everything seem to be just fine for about three months....

Your EGR valve might be clogged with carbon build up. Or could be fuel injector unit could have a leak or problem.

I would locate ground wire that is mounted somewhere back there to the frame with a screw. I would take fastener out and sand or wire bush the area and see if that works.

I just added a trans cooler & oil cooler. $30 a piece attached to front of radiator or a/c condenser. Keeping your engine/trans cool is worth it too me.
