well I dont even think I have to do that. My lines in the intake there are new so I can see the fuel traveling in them and it goes in the high pressure side and goes right back out the return.. lol....

yup sounds like my issue. Thats what i did but my soldering is like **** so i used crimp and seal connectors. I havent buttoned up the intake yet, ohh the dreaded rough idle i hope its gone.

Well I just cut the wires outside the plenum, pulled the old out after I unplugged it from the injector. I then slid the wires through the gromet from the inside out and use crimp and seal connectors...

Dont go to the dealer. They sell them at napa for like 18 bucks. its part number 2-18445. They also sell them at advance and autozone but you just have to tell them you need a tbi injector...

Thank you for the quick answer. Wow I cant beleive that it even works. So the fuel just sits in that runner till each intake valve opens? That sounds kind of wacky.

well I did the test on the tps and I think thats my problem. It fluctuates between .2 and .64 back and forth. Im guessing that means its no good and thats why I am idleing all screwed up.
