I have jumpered both sensors with a paperclip...

I have jumpered both sensors with a paperclip outside 2 on 3 pin plug, and my check gauges light went off, fuel pump still won't run. It is a new pump(old sender) and new fuel pump relay....

it seems someone has spliced in to the middle pin for some reason...

i am having an issue with getting my truck to start again after i literally ripped my sending unit (i have the dual unit set up, light and gauge) wiring harness.
i know i need to replace my pigtail...

So i picked up an 87' S10 Blazer 4x4 with a 2.8L rather cheap. The Truck runs and drives. Frame solid yada yada... Trans shift good and 4x4 works.
