Ok, I will recheck the connections. The spark plugs were supposed to be pre-gapped from the factory. They are Bosch Platinum.

I did them one at a time to make sure I put them back on right. Could I have cracked a plug putting it in, or is it more likely that I didn't put a wire on correctly

Checked the plug wires and they seem to be connected well.

Spark plug change

Hey,

I think I may have screwed up somewhere. I have replaced my spark plugs and now the Service Engine Soon light flashes and the engine runs really rough. Anyone have any ideas?

How do you clean the carbon buildup? I am thinking I may have the same type of problem with a 02 blazer. Is that possible?

Ok, So i am guessing i need to check the fuel pressure first to make sure this is my problem. Is there a certain fuel pressure gauge I need or will just anyone do.

Has this issue been resolved. My 2002 Blazer is having the same problem.
