Where does this get wired into inside the dash??

My choke light is on, and I figured out the reason is because my thermostat/choke spring is not connected, so no juice going to that. Also...

i have heard a major issue with the (E)2SE' carbs...

i have heard a major issue with the (E)2SE' carbs is the choke malfunctioning and that they are very reliant on vacuum pressure- so if the choke is stuck open this would make sense why it doesnt run...
