Digital Dash Problems

Well here's my total problem...
I have a digital dash and the fuel gauge always says full. All the other gauges work fine but the dash flickers greatly and even goes blank as I drive down the road...

S-10 Blazer Electrical

I have a 1991 S-10 with a digital dash. My fuel gauge stays at full and the dash flickers badly when driving. All other gauges seem to operate properly.
Any clues as what to look at...
