Ok so the past weekend i got a new nut kit and fpr and installed them. cleaned the plenum a little and also cleaned egr and put a new screen gasket on it. did a fuel pressure test and found no leaks...

Hmmm acually 300 bucks for the full kit including the better CPR is a pretty good deal indeed...... Might just pick that up because I'm gonna be replacing the nut kit and fpr very soon might as well...

Check the fuel lines.... U should get 55 to 60 psi when key on engine off. Maybe u have a leak somewhere, when u turn key on and then off does the psi drop right away?

Just an update guys so I finally got some time to work on the truck again and did a fuel pressure test and it's shooting up to 55ish 60 range with key on engine off and when I crank it goes to 45...

well it didnt break it looks like the regulator is 2 pieces that snap together (black peice and metal peice). its hard to explain but the metal part has 2 prongs that go up into the black part.

I have a 93 blazer and i cannot turn the key to the off position at all and the shifter shifts out of park and into all the other gears without me pushing on the break and the key falls right out :(...

Thanks for the help guys. I will take a look at the tcase this summer and might as well do a transmission flush as well. It def is tranny fluid leaking out but it only happened 1 time and it was not...

yes i know.......when you stat your truck or just turn the key partway the relay sends a signal to the pump. you normally hear the buzzing sound for 4 or 5 seconds and then it stops, BUT mine...
