Got a 1994 Chevy s10 Zr2, the 4 Lo works but the 4Hi doesn't, I can hear the transfer case activating and the actuator is good. Any suggestions whats next to try?

I done some more digging and doubt out it was the ignition coil, replaced it with an ac delco and now it fires right up

My truck starts up fine no problem while cold, but as soon as it gets warm and I try to start it again it just cracks over and over and usually takes me around 5-10 minutes to get it started again....
