Your Blazer should have an external oil filter mounted on the driver's side firewall. The lines for that filter run back along the block to the rear of the motor. Check those lines out. Another idea...

This seems to be a typical problem with aftermarket lenses. I would try taking the lens out and putting a light bead of blue RTV sealant around all the sealing edges and see what happens from there.

Take a good look at your control arm bushings, the popping you are hearing could very well be the whole control arm moving as the truck's weight shifts as you're coming to a stop...good luck man.
