Will a 4x4 s10 rear end work in a 4x4 s10 blazer with the same gear ratio?

I need to replace my rear end in my 95 chevy s10 blazer 4x4 and I'm having the hard time of finding my correct rear end. I checked the glove box and matched the code and even counted the gears 3.08....
