headlight problems

i have a 2000 gmc jimmy i did the front end swap to the chev and bought aftermarket headlight same plugs that plug into the gmc headlights.my problem now is i keep burning bulbs out i know the bulbs...

ok so here is the update i jumped it from the hot wire in the back, that plugs into the black box that puts out put to the motor i jumped the hot wire or just spliced into it and put it to the other...

i have my 2000 jimmy and it has a shifter on the floor Console. the problem is i i push the button in to move it down in gear and the button wont go all the way in.. i keep trying and then it work it...
