exhaust clip

i wanted to get an idea of what my zr2 would sound like without a muffler, so yesterday i undid the muffler+tailpipe.

i had an idea what it would sound like from other clips i've watched but i must say it sounds pretty badass, very deep and not ricey at all, haven't taken it over 4k rpm's yet. although the drone inside is terrible, it will be fun for a couple of days

i'm going to take another video today that is closer to where i have it dumped

YES! There is definitely a difference, however I'm not sure it is a loss of power :icon_shrug: It is without a doubt less responsive but when I really get on it feels alittle bit quicker. Could just be the sound :icon_lol:

I believe i read somewhere that doing this decreases low end torque but high end is better, so that may be it

Sounds pretty good for a V6.

Id did this for a while, but the noise inside the cab is terrible, i couldnt even listen to music.

lol if the exhaust is to loud in the cab that isnt a problem with your exhaust thats a problem with your stereo ;) :icon_speaker1:
