Hood-attached off road lights
I'm looking to attach some extra lighting onto the hood of my blazer. The only problem is I can't find a bolt on attachment to attach 2 small
. I am aware I can use cheaper clamps and maybe it would work. I'm curious to see what the other Blazer Brothers have done with this idea. How did you execute more lighting without having that massive 32" - 49" light bar on the truck.

I have have both, a stupid big 52" curved light above my windshield (which I call my "Artificial Sun" lol), and a smaller one on my brush guard which is my "winch light".
A brush guard is a pretty good bolt on way to add some light mounting spots. Sure it'll cost more than a couple simple clamps, but A) you don't have to drill holds in your hood, and B) it'll provide some protection to your front end in the woods. Trust me I get that not everyone is a fan of the huge light bars lol. I'm not really super fond of it to be honest, I just wanted something to help throw some light out on dark country roads at night in my area. It's saved me from hitting COUNTLESS deer when you can see them 1/2 mile down the road! https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/blazerf...29dfe463c1.jpg |
My brushguard mounted light bar is a goddamned life safer. I don't think I would have been able to make it through last winter here without one.
