Default What to do with my blazer?

I could certainly use some advice. My 96 Chevy blazer has too many issues to cope with. It has 206 000 miles on it. I have for the most part taken good care of it. However, it has all of a sudden an explosion issues,(not a literal explosion). The brake and abs light is on. Engine light, mild leak in the oil pan as a result of a hole that somehow appeared. A rather large one too. It won't pass emissions for some reason unknown too me. The filler neck on the gas tank is just about rusted through, as you can smell gas in the cabin after filling up. The rust is building up, but most of the panels and undercarriage are salvageable. I think those are all of it's issues.

I have considered shelling out the money to fix everything, as I love my blazer. It has been a great vehicle. However the price range for this list of fixes is outrageous. So I decided to try and sell it to somebody who is interested in fixing it up. Honestly I am more interested in avoiding scrapping the vehicle then I am on making on it. Besides sentimental reasons (i've been through a lot with this car), I feel like it is waste of a car. It still has some life too it, the engine and tranny stil work great. It is just the rest of the car that is falling apart.

So far several people have taken a lool at it. Nobody wants it. I have even lowered the price to 400!

At this point I need it out of my drive way. But I don't want to scrap it and I won't give it away for free, or for under 350. So far nobody wants it.

What should I do?
