Default 2003 4WD alignment

need help determining alignment for 2003 4WD V6 Chevy Blazer
-pulls to left(drivers side) while driving/cruising
-excessive wear on outside driver's side tire
-replacing upper & lower ball joints helped correct the problem but still pulls to the left(driver's side) quite a bit
-tire pressure exactly the same on both sides @36psi
-brake pads have even wear & don't seam to have much affect on pull

I was hoping to make a minor adjustment to the toe-in as temporary fix...
how can I tell if it's the idler/pitman arm as the cause?
is there anything else to check in determining the source of problem?
