Default 4L60E tranni fluid leak

Is the ATF at the base of the dipstick under pressure or not. Also is the hole the dipstick tube fits in (with a seal) below tranni fluid level ?
Trying to think this out if you happened to see my last post. If it is not under pressure as I suspect, could there be something malfuncting that may be presurizing it ? I know that is a stretch but don't want to burn my tranni up.
Thanks
Steve

it shouldnt be, but technically if the breather is clogged its going to blow out of other places, ive seen it happen on rear ends where the breather is clogged full of gunk and all that heated up pressure has to go somewhere and blows out seals.
