4wd problem
 

i have a 1998 blazer lt 4x4. and my 4wd acted up well first i replaced my tranny and two days later the vacum hose to the 4wd burned up. and i left it like this for a month and 4wd worked but then acted up. but the other day i went to put it into 4hi and it engaged but when i try to put it back into 2hi it wouldnt disengage. all i heard was a clicking noise from the the control modual on the pass kick panel. so i was stuck in 4wd. and i needed to get it into 2wd. so i unpluged the control modual and no luck so i unpluged the eletric connector to the transfer case and it went back into 2wd. so i pluged the transfer case back in and its fine now. but i kept the control modual un hooked cause i dont want it to go into 4wd unexpected. what is causing my 4wd to be stuck in 4wd. i have the three button switch nedd help asap thanks

4wd shaft play
 

ever since my 4wd acted up my saft from the transfer case to the front diff has play in it like i can pull the shaft almost off from the transfer case with it still bolted in someone told me my yoke has something broken or something help

yea there should be a joint in there that just happened to my pops truck too i gotta fix
