5-6 lug conversion

Alright so I tried searching and came up with a few ideas but not enough info to answer my questions.

I'm wondering if I can convert my blazer to a 6 lug instead of 5. I read an 02 up astro has the 6 lug axle and that it would work but what about the front? Can I use a hub off an astro also if they have 4x4? If not what about a half ton pickup hub assembly? The holes for the hub itself look to be the same but what about cv axle. Are they the same size?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Nick

Hmm well maybe the rear end wont work then but I've got a 99 tahoe going to scrap I'll have to see what gears are in it.

I'm hoping this all will work, makes for a better rim selection for sure!

You could use wheel spacer adapters to go six lug. The spacers would cause the front end parts to wear out a little quicker. But it would look good.
