99 blazer hub assembly

I'm getting ready to do ball joints and tie rod ends at about 200k and I'm wondering if I should just bite the bullet and do hub assemblies too.
I'm not sure if they're really bad the wheel doesn't shake much side to side. I hear some grinding every now and then when it sits over night.
would it be smart to just do them or is it not that bad to do later after I've already done the other parts? Do wheel bearings affect alignment? Would I have to get it realigned after doing wheel bearings?

What is the best way to check a wheel bearing?

Hubs should have no up and down or side to side play in the bearings, tie rod ends yes on alignment, shouldn't need alignment with just doing hubs
