Adjustable upper balljoints?

after installing adjustable balljoints in my friends Dodge ram i put a 6" lift in i got to thinking... these could come in handy to get the alignment right when i lower my jimmy. i found them for 2wd S-series (first and second gen) but cant seem to find them for 4x4. has anyone happend to stumble upon these for 4x4?

What is adjustable on them? This is a new one on me.

it essentially puts a cam adjustment in between the mounting surface and the balljoint.

these are kinda similar to the ones i installed on the ram

the ones i saw for 2wd s10s were still the 4 bolt mount style with the cam below.

iif we could find ones availible to fit the 4x4s it could make torsion bar cranks doable without ruining the front end geometry. and tearing up parts.. seems cheaper than buying the rough country control arms. and could also help for lowering 4x4s like im looking into them for
