Default do i need to replace caliper?

when i drive i hear a wobble sound coming from the front end of the vehicle and definitely feels like on the driver side because i can feel the vibration even more when you foot is on the floor... so i took off the wheel and was inspecting around and on the drivers side kind of rocked the rotor and those 2 area where i circled with the rubber boot had a lot of play when i rocked on either ends. do i need to replace the caliper or is it something else that causing that play, the passenger side seems firmer. Thanks.

those are the sliders to allow the caliper to put even pressure on both sides of the rotor.
if it moves, its fine,
if it doesnt move, there seized and will wear brake pads unevenly. the pin kit can be purshached for a couple $ without the caliper.

With the wheel on grab the tire and check for play. North, south play would likely be ball joints. East, west would be wheel bearings.

also spin the tire and feel the surface of the tire, if you have a flat spot or broken belt it will cause a vibration also. or just rotate your tires if the truck needs it anyways

ok i see... but i think something definitely is bad with the drivers side in comparing to the pass side, the whole feel and play is diferent.

but i appreciate the all the tips and answers and will be following up once i get around to getting it solved.
