Front axle seal leak?

I recently bought a 92 4.3 TBI and it is my first 4x4, I think I have a front axle seal leaking, the front diff was really low on fluid and this is what it looks like where the CV mounts up. Is it the axle seal? How do I replace it?

Looks like more than one leak

Looks like there is fluid leaking from higher up.
