front hub torque

What is the correct torque spec for the front hub axle nut? I found two different #-one for 103ft/lbs and one for 180 ft/lbs. I purchase a set of Timken hubs and wanted to know is there suppose to be a seal included or needed? This is for a 1998 Blazer 4x4. Is there suppose to be some kind of seal or o-ring (none was in the set of hubs)that needs to be replaced would like to make sure I have everything before I start?
