front suspension assistance 98 4wd blazer

I have been working on a friends 98 blazer, it is the 's10' 2door with 4wd.
Recently the front passenger corner has been riding a good couple inches lower than the front driver. I have replaced all 4 shocks on it and upper/lower ball joints. Although I did not expect it to solve this issue they needed replacement badly anyway. On most cars or trucks I would suspect a broken or worn coil spring which this does not have. This is where I am having an issue. I do not seem to see how exactly the front suspension is supposed to work on this vehical. The rear has a common leaf spring and shock system, but the front all I can see is a shock. Does anyone know what might be the issue and/or what I am looking for?

easy, crank the torsion bar a bit. there is a round bar that leads ffrom the lower control arm to a crossmember(behind drivers door underneith if I remember correctly)
there is a bolt there(15mm I THINK) the farther you turn it in the more it 'preloads' the torsion bar. 1/4" per turn.

search tortion bar crank, there is an article on it that will be much more desctriptive

Thankyou, I did notice that long bar but wasn't sure of it. I will look up those articles.
