Help STUCK IN 4x4 Low...ideas???

I was testing my 4wd system out on my 2000 Blazer 4 door Lt 4x4, with Auto 4x4 option.

I put my truck in 4HI and no problems kicked in, then put into 4lo, and kicked in, but after being in 4lo, i put back into 4hi, and 4hi button blinked, and blinked but then re engaged into 4lo, and i tried numerous times and same thing, tried netural, and while drving 2-5 mph. Then i finally got it to blink and go into 4hi, then 2hi.

Is 4LO always such a pain to engage/disengage or do i have a problem occuring.

Please let me know, all the help on this website is amzing,

Thanks

No its not hard just make sure it in neutral all the time before you try and disengage it

I get that "problem" even with the '85 manual engageing 4WD. You just have to be in neutral, rolling slowly to disengage 4HI. I always thought that it was designed that way and thats how you were supposed to do it.
