Help with Upper Ball Joints
That ^. I can almost guarantee that any suspension parts from Autozone will fail prematurely.
wonder if it matters but when i do mine i put the ball joint on top and the boot under the a-arm and bolt it on or is it supposed to be the way u have it with everything on top? never had any issue with the way i have it though so many ways to put on a stupid ball joint
i remember why now because i couldn't get that metal cup through the hole so i mounted it on the bottom. i get about 1.5 years out of my AZ ball joints but i get free replacements for as long as i own it so 5 hrs of my time isnt that bad to change them when its needed
Safety Emissions and Registration Done!!!!!

Well unfortunately I got all of my stuff at autozone. The majority of it is Duralast. I originally went there for a cv axle and tie rod end, got a ball joint while I was at it cuz the 1998 stock was TOAST. But dumbasses sold me wrong axle, i didn't measure cuz my axle was in two pieces and what's the difference right? Well a differential is the difference. Though I take most blame because I cranked the sucker in, I did give the manager at autozone hell and I got serious discounts on all of the parts I got, which all have lifetime warranties, so I hope they don't all fail prematurely. I was hoping to fix a broken piece or two for $100 bucks. It would be to expensive to go high end, or even medium on all tie rods, ball joints, cv axles, wheel hubs, and shocks (while I was in there) not to mention the junkyard differential I had to pull, and I couldn't help but to do all u joints when I saw the condition of the one in front to the differential. With random other parts I am in like 6-700 retail, so I did what I could.
