Inner tie-rod, idler arm, center link questions

Hi, I have a 2000 Chevy Blazer 4x4 LT. It has 120k miles on it and I just had it looked at by Sears when I was getting the battery replaced.

They said I need a new inner tie-rod, idler arm and center link. All of that adding up to around $320. PLUS labor, making it around $750. Which sounds crazy to me, but I'm not the best repair woman out there.

I was wondering if there was a good store website or brand to use for these parts. Or even popular repair shop. Except Sears.

the sad thing is if you had the proper tools you can probably knock that out in about a hour. i did a pitman and idler at the shop 2 days ago in 30 minutes. even the prices for parts seem kinda high unless they are using really high quality parts. you can check autozone.com to give you a general ideal of what cheep parts cost

Yeah, I found good quality parts for lower prices. Sears wanted 75 bucks for a new tie rod end, $73 for an idler arm, and $108 for a center link. And the prices I found off of various websites were much lower than that and probably would last the same as Sear's product.
