Light the torch, crank up the flame pretty good and stick the end right in the metal sleeve. Leave it sit there for 5 minutes then knock out the sleeve and the rest will be pretty easy. After you get the rubber out cut a slit in the outer metal sleeve and pry it inwards a bit then knock it out with a large flathead.

also when reinstalling. make sure you get in there with a wire brush or something and clean out all the rust and goop then grease it up to get the new bushings in
