lifting help

Hello all, this will be one of my first posts in the forum, however I have been reading this forum since I got my first blazer (~1.5 yrs ago). Currently I have a 98 4 door 4x4 with 2 inch body lift and t bar crank running 32s. It does fine on the road but as you can imagine it rubs a lil offroad. At the end of next month I'm planning to get the rc 2.5 suspension lift kit. I also read somewhere that I can take the lift blocks from a first gen 3 inch body lift and install it on the 2nd gen, with some of the extensions from the 2 inch body. My question is: 1) is anybody running this set up? 2) has anybody put a 3 inch bl on a 2nd gen. And does anyone have any other advise? I'm working with a limited budget. :)

Lift blocks will lower the truck. Your axle is on the wrong side of the leaf springs. If I were you would just stick with the 2.5 rc lift

Sorry I ment the lift pucks from the 3 inch body lift.

Nobody has tried a 3 inch body lift on a 2nd gen???

not sure but I believe there are a few issues with doing a 3 inch body lift making it not really worth it

Do you know what the issues are?
