Hello all. I drive 2003 blazer ls 2door 2wd. looking for info about replacing what is gu6 rear end with a g80. is it possible to do this just by swapping out the guts of the diffrential or will this require a complete axel swap?

gu6 is your gEAR ratio(3.42), g80 means it was the eaton g80 locker.
pretty sure you can put the g80 in your dif,,, but your better off to get one from detroit or something
or the whole rear dif with rpo gu6 and g80
search g80 locker swap. kyle has posted some nice info, as well as others
