no 4wd at all, ever

hey guys, ive got a '91 s10 blazer, 4.3. I've tried shifting my truck into 4wd but has never engaged. Where should I begin diagnosing? Thank you guys.

Probably a problem with the vacuum system and/or front axle engagement cable.

Have a look at this thread:

are there any fuses I need to check? I looked for a TCCM fuse but didnt find it
