pulls to the right..i know it needs a alignment...but is it as easy as turning the tie rod in's until it seems right? can i fix it myself? i don't have 100 bucks for a alignment. Thanks

I know how to do A LOT of stuff, but the precision required for an alignment is outside the bounds of what I would try without the specialized equipment needed. I have done an initial alignment to get a car into the proper ball park so it was not a danger to myself and others when I drove it to the shop for a proper alignment, but that was only for a 4 mile drive that I took my sweet time on.

You can probably get it close, but chances are, if it is pulling to the right, there is a reason for it. You may not notice a bent tie rod or control arm that a technician could.

Try rotating the tires front to rear and see if things get better. You may have other issues such as camber/castor adjustments, ball joints, tie rod ends, etc...
