Default Torsion Bars

Front suspension components seem to keep going out fast on my Blazer. So as i look at it it looks like the torsion bars have been cranked up My question is chevy tells me 122 Millimeters is what is suppost to be safe.

I have a 2004 s-10 blazer Non ZR2 4wd 4 door what is the stock ride height that its suppost to be sitting at?

And if i use a tape measure to measure it doesnt have MM on It so CM or Inches would be appreciated.

Thanks

Jared.
